Location

Sunbathed Dalmatia boasts one of the most beautiful landscapes in Croatia. The region stretches from Dubrovnik to the northern Zadar. The coast is about 1,200 km long. The most special characteristic is the approximately 942 islands. 78% of all Croatian islands are in Dalmatia. The archipelago is the ideal spot for yachting or flying with a seaplane.

For those travellers with a passion for culture, the Romans, Venetians and the Byzantine empire have left their traces and ruins here for us to discover. The UNESCO world heritage sites Split, Stari Grad and Dubrovnik are all found in the region. In addition, the province has many well-preserved picturesque old towns, like Trogir, Primosten, Korcula, Sibenik and Zadar, diverse national parks such as the Krka National Park, and there are internationally renowned marinas such as Marina Frapa. This place leaves a unique impression on you with its Mediterranean lifestyle, ancient olive groves, excellent wine and the sparkling sea, which is always close by.

In addition to the beauty and cultural heritage, there are other practical reasons for investing in Dalmatian properties:

member of the EU, excellent infrastructure, administrative system characterised by the Confederation of Art and Culture (KUK), Catholic cultural circles, western values, low crime rate
From Europe, reachable by plane (Split) and all year round by car.
Building land is undervalued in comparison to other destinations in Europe.
Our real estate projects are located in the region between Trogir and Promosten, one of the most beautiful sections of coast in Dalmatia. By car, it takes 30 minutes to reach the villas from the Split airport.
